Sizing

As a general guideline, the size you should order is your pre-pregnancy size. For the most part, an x-small is size 0-2, small is 2-4, medium 6-8, large 10-12 and x-large is 12-14. However, all lines can run differently so if you have further questions about a particular item, fit or style, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email.


Item Availability

We love the fashions that we offer online and make every effort to keep them in stock and update our website accordingly. Occasionally, we do sell out of items. If that is the case, we will notify you via email and any changes will be reflected in your order ticket and shipping confirmation.


Orders

Orders received Monday - Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours of processing, upon availability unless otherwise noted. Orders received before 11 a.m. CST on Fridays will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the event that an item is on backorder or no longer available, you will be notified via email or telephone.


Sales Tax

8.25% sales tax is applied to all orders in Texas. All other states do not incur sales tax.


Gift Certificates

NINE maternity is happy to offer both online and in-store gift certificates. Online gift certificates can only be used at www.ninematernity.com. In-store gift certificates can be purchased via the website but can only be used in the physical store locations. If you purchase an in-store gift certificate, an associate will contact you to verify the purchase and method of delivery for the GC. Online certificates are processed through ninematernity.com and will be emailed to the recipient.


Shipping

We ship via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail service (2 to 3 business days in most areas). Quicker service, lower cost, and USPS allows for deliveries on Saturday. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included on all deliveries.

At this time we only ship to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska & Hawaii. For all orders to Alaska & Hawaii, please add $5.00 to standard shipping rates. At this time we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes or internationally. Shipping charges are as follows:

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. As a small online operation, there are a few things you should know:

Merchandise purchased through www.ninematernity.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any NINE maternity store location. We apologize for this inconvenience but the operations are run independently.

Within 14 days of purchase, we accept returns or exchanges on regular priced merchandise that has been unworn, unaltered, has the original tags intact and is in its original condition. All sales are FINAL on sale items, bella bands, intimates, accessories, personal care products and swimwear.

All returns must be received within 14 days of the original ship date noted on the sales receipt. Returns received after this time will not be honored - no exceptions. NINE maternity does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. We recommend insuring all returns as we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship. We do not accept COD returns.

NINE maternity cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear or damages incurred during the shipping process. No warranties are implied or expressed - no exceptions. NINE maternity is not responsible for the fit of an item outside of the return/exchange period.

Please note, we charge a $5.00 restocking fee for each item returned.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps:

1. Email us at returns@ninematernity.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange and the reason for the return/exchange of each item. We will email you a RA number which you will need to clearly display on the outside of the box for efficient processing.
2. Your original receipt must be included in the package.
3. Ship your package to us via any trackable carrier to:

For your own protection, don't forget to insure the package.

4. Upon receipt of the package, we will process the returns and/or exchanges. We will refund your card minus the shipping and restocking fees or issue store credit. Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive the item for the credit to be processed.
5. If you are exchanging an item, a nominal shipping fee will be applied.
